There is a games room of 80m2 with pool table, table tennis, table football and tv all included in the sale. There is a laundry room and storage room at the back of the games room and a log store to the side (inside).
The gites can also be let out as a whole for families or used for conferences. We have had several conferences held by my friend with his own business with the games room used for food and talks.
