Terms & Conditions

 Bookings:

 All bookings require a 10% deposit or €50 whichever the higher. Full balances are due 4 weeks before arrival date.

If you cancel the booking up to 8 weeks before arrival we will refund the deposit. Between 4 and 8 weeks we keep the deposit. Cancellations between  2 and 4 weeks we keep 50% and refund 50% . Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival will not get a refund. We will refund all monies if we rebook the week at the same price or the difference of the amount it is booked at. Refunds are returned in the same way they paid.

Animals:

We accept well behaved animals. Please note there is a 25 euro fee per reservation. Please contact us prior to booking if you have more than 2 animals in the booking.

Code of Conduct:

We reserve the right as owners to inspect the gite at any time if we believe there is such need. Any misuse of the the facilities and equipment can lead to expulsion from the gites without notice.
