L'Appartement Is on the first floor accessed by stairs from the garden. This is a one bedroom gite (43m2). From the stairs you enter the terrace area with outside dining table, sunlounger, outside power and bbq. You enter through double doors into the open plan lounge/Kitchen. In here there is a luxury sofabed, chair with footrest, hd tv with uk/French channels and kitchen with all appliances. A door leads into the shower room with shower, toilet sink and washer/dryer. Another door leads into the bedroom with kingsize bed. The doors for the shower room can be locked from both the kitchen and bedroom. A door leads back to the lounge from the bedroom. There is individual reversible air-conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. Wifi is available all round the gites. The games room can be accessed from the garden. In The garden you will find a shared seating area and the spa pool. Suitable for couples, young families and friends.
