L'Appartement Deluxe is the largest of the 3 gites (100m2) set on the first floor of the barn conversion. It has it's own side entrance from the street into a largish entrance hall. There is a door leading into the games room and stairs leading upstairs to the apartment. on the landing there is some information leaflets then a door into the large kitchen//lounge. In here there are 2 sofas looking onto a large hd tv which has uk/French tv channels. there is a glass 6 seater dining table and full kitchen with all appliances including washer/dryer and a slow cooker. Another door leads into the back hallway where there is a full bathroom, seperate toilet, a large bedroom with kingsize bed, triple bedroom with single bed and bunkbeds and another hallway leading to the stairs to the private roof top terrace. On the terrace there is a tiled mosaic dining table, 2 loungers, external plug and a bbq. The lounge and both bedrooms have individual reversible air-conditioning. Wifi is available all round the gites. The garden and spa pool can be accessed through the games room.
